One Month

Happy One Month Hayden!

I can't believe it's been a month! Time has gone so fast. It seems that in just a few weeks you'll be graduating from high school at this rate. We have loved every day of the last month getting to know you. You are such a sweetie! You have absolutely captured your dad and I's hearts and we can't imagine our life without you. Over the last month we've taken lots of naps together. We've checked the cows together. We went to the sale barn to sell our calves. We've traveled to Bridgewater twice. You were born in an ice storm yet we've taken some walks on 70+ degree days. You've had quite the month! You are eating every 2-3 hours and are more awake every day. You are up usually at 2 and 5 am to eat. Not too bad for how young you are! Mommy uses the word "fickle" a lot - girl you know what you want and just how you want it! You love to cuddle - I think you're going to be a snuggler! We don't mind. You sometimes do what we call the "purple cry" where you cry so hard you turn purple. This typically happens around bath time, poopy pants time, or car seat time. I'm praying it's a phase as Momma doesn't like to see her baby so upset! We love you Hayden! You are the perfect gift that we prayed for and we can't wait to get to know you even more!
